مَن نحن
تطبيق Capital Cst هو التطبيق الرسمي لطلاب أكاديمية العاصمة Capital CST (العاصمة للدراسات والتدريب) بالزقازيق، وتطوّره وتنشره على Google Play شركة CareHaya (Smart Control). توضّح هذه السياسة البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق، ولماذا، وكيف نحميها، وكيف تطلب حذفها.
البيانات التي يتعامل معها التطبيق
بيانات الحساب
الحسابات تُنشئها الأكاديمية لطلابها، ولا يمكن إنشاء حساب من داخل التطبيق.
- كود الطالب وكلمة المرور (لتسجيل الدخول)
- الاسم والرقم القومي ورقم الهاتف والبريد الإلكتروني وتاريخ الميلاد
- الصورة الشخصية
البيانات الدراسية والمالية
- الجدول الدراسي والمواد وسجل الحضور
- الامتحانات الإلكترونية وإجاباتك عليها ونتائجها والدرجات
- سجل المدفوعات والأقساط المسجّلة لدى الأكاديمية (للعرض فقط — التطبيق لا يجمع بيانات بطاقات ولا يُجري أي عملية دفع)
ما ترسله بنفسك
- الشكاوى والرسائل التي ترسلها للإدارة
- الصورة التي ترفعها عند طلب تغيير صورتك الشخصية
- نموذج الاستفسار (دون تسجيل دخول): الاسم ورقم الهاتف والقسم المهتم به والملاحظات، ليتواصل معك فريق القبول
بيانات تقنية
- معرّف الإشعارات الخاص بجهازك (لإرسال الإشعارات فقط)
- نوع الجهاز ونظام التشغيل
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- عرض جدولك وحضورك ونتائجك ومدفوعاتك داخل التطبيق
- إجراء الامتحانات الإلكترونية وتصحيحها
- إرسال إشعارات عن الامتحانات والنتائج والإعلانات الدراسية
- الرد على شكاواك واستفساراتك وطلباتك
لا نعرض إعلانات داخل التطبيق، ولا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نستخدمها لأي غرض تسويقي خارج الأكاديمية.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نشارك بياناتك مع أي طرف ثالث، باستثناء مزوّدي الخدمة اللازمين لتشغيل التطبيق: خدمة Firebase Cloud Messaging من Google لتوصيل الإشعارات، وخادم الاستضافة الذي تُحفظ عليه بيانات الأكاديمية. يطّلع على بياناتك داخل الأكاديمية الموظفون المخوَّلون فقط بحسب عملهم.
حماية البيانات
- كل الاتصال بين التطبيق والخادم مشفّر (HTTPS/TLS)
- الدخول عبر رموز مصادقة آمنة تنتهي صلاحيتها
- الوصول إلى البيانات مقصور على الموظفين المخوَّلين
مدة الاحتفاظ بالبيانات
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة دراستك، وبعدها بالقدر الذي تحتاجه الأكاديمية لسجلاتها الدراسية والمالية. عند الموافقة على طلب حذف الحساب تُحذف بيانات الحساب، وتبقى فقط السجلات التي يلزم الأكاديمية الاحتفاظ بها.
حقوقك
- الاطلاع على بياناتك وطلب تصحيح أي بيانات غير دقيقة
- إيقاف الإشعارات من إعدادات جهازك
- طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك
حذف الحساب
يمكنك طلب حذف حسابك في أي وقت بإحدى الطريقتين:
- زر «طلب حذف الحساب» في صفحة الملف الشخصي داخل التطبيق
- مراسلتنا على info@carehaya.com بكود الطالب والاسم
تراجع الأكاديمية الطلب وتنفّذه خلال 30 يوماً كحد أقصى.
الأطفال
التطبيق موجّه لطلاب الأكاديمية، وليس موجّهاً للأطفال دون 13 عاماً.
تغييرات هذه السياسة
إذا غيّرنا هذه السياسة سننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ التحديث.
Who we are
Capital Cst is the official app for students of Capital CST Academy (Al-Asema for Studies and Training) in Zagazig, Egypt. It is developed and published on Google Play by CareHaya (Smart Control). This policy explains what data the app handles, why, how we protect it, and how to request its deletion.
Data the app handles
- Account data (accounts are created by the academy; they cannot be created in the app): student code and password, name, national ID number, phone number, email, date of birth, profile photo.
- Academic and financial records: schedule, materials, attendance, online exams with your answers and results, grades, and the payments and installments recorded by the academy (view only — the app collects no card data and processes no payments).
- Content you send: complaints and messages to the administration, a photo you upload when requesting a profile-photo change, and the inquiry form (no sign-in): name, phone, department of interest and notes.
- Technical data: your device's notification token (for notifications only), device type and OS.
How we use it
- Showing your schedule, attendance, results and payments in the app
- Running and grading online exams
- Sending notifications about exams, results and announcements
- Responding to your complaints, inquiries and requests
The app shows no ads. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing outside the academy.
Sharing
We do not share your data with third parties, except the service providers required to run the app: Google Firebase Cloud Messaging to deliver notifications, and the hosting server that stores the academy's data. Within the academy, only authorized staff can access your data, as their work requires.
Security
- All traffic between the app and the server is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS)
- Sign-in uses secure, expiring authentication tokens
- Access is limited to authorized staff
Retention
We keep your data while you study and afterwards to the extent the academy needs for its academic and financial records. When an account-deletion request is approved, the account data is deleted and only the records the academy must keep are retained.
Account deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time:
- Tap "Request account deletion" on the Profile page in the app, or
- Email info@carehaya.com with your student code and name.
The academy reviews and completes the request within 30 days at most.
Children
The app is intended for the academy's students and is not directed at children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
